Child safety standards
Twodyssey is for adults only and has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the Twodyssey app on iPhone and Android and to the twodyssey.app website.
18 and over only
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Every player sends a selfie, checked by a member of our team before their first quest; an account that appears to belong to a minor is refused, and deleted if it already exists.
What is forbidden
Strictly forbidden: any content sexualising a minor, soliciting or connecting with minors, grooming, sextortion, sharing, requesting or promoting child sexual abuse material, and any attempt to use Twodyssey to approach a minor.
Reporting in the app
During a quest, the shield icon at the top of the screen opens “Report and block”: the report reaches us immediately and the two players are never matched again. You can also email contact@twodyssey.app. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
What we do
Any child sexual abuse or exploitation content or behaviour leads to the immediate and permanent deletion of the account, preservation of relevant evidence and reporting to the competent authorities: in France, the PHAROS platform (internet-signalements.gouv.fr) and law enforcement; elsewhere, national authorities or NCMEC where required by law.
Compliance with the law
Twodyssey complies with applicable child safety laws, including French law and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and cooperates with the authorities.
